Innovative entrepreneurship, being distinctive and taking up a strong market position with your services, products or brand. This requires an explicit strategy and clear agreements with customers and partners. Competition is healthy and keeps you sharp as an entrepreneur, but there are limits.
Businesses want their own creations or new technologies to be properly protected and used. This applies both on- and offline, as well as nationally and internationally. In this context you may come across a variety of issues, such as distribution, agencies, franchising, e-commerce, trademark and copyrights, licenses, data, liability and guarantees.
In the field of corporate law, Manita is specialised in commercial contracts, intellectual property rights (IP) and information technology (IT).
